First, during use, the lifting rod and the upper punch rod should be frequently refueled to increase lubricity.
Secondly, the grooves of the lifting cam and the material-dispensing cam should be filled with butter, and the grease nozzle on the eccentric wheel sleeve should be filled with butter with a grease gun;
Some models of single punch tablet presses are also equipped with grease nozzles on both sides of the main shaft, which should also be refueled in time.
Finally, after the machine is used, it should be cleaned in time and kept clean to prevent some sticky materials from becoming difficult to clean after a long time.
If the tablet press is not used for a long time, it is recommended to remove the mold and immerse it in oil for storage.
