Vibrating screen

Details

The vibrating screen is an ideal equipment for filtering and inspecting granular, flake, powdery and other materials in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. The machine is composed of three parts: the inlet and outlet screen part, the movement vibration part, and the body base. The vibration part and the body base are connected and fixed up and down by six sets of soft rubber shock absorbers. The adjustable eccentric weight rotates with the drive motor to generate centrifugal force. The shock absorber is controlled to meet the required working requirements.

Dry granulator machine

Details

The GLZ-25 dry granulator is the smallest dry granulator for laboratory research and development. It is suitable for laboratories, intermediate experimental devices and small-scale production. It only requires about 80 grams of dry powder to form it. According to the process principle of mechanical extrusion granulation, the configured dry powder state or fine crystalline material with a certain amount of crystal water is extruded into thin flakes, and then passed through the granulation system and screened to form particles of the required size.

FL Series Fluidized Granulator

Details

The powder grannle in the container (fluidization)appear in the state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with chen and heated air. At the same time the solution of adhesive solvent is fogged and sprayed into the container. It makes the some particles become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in the granulation is evaporated and the adhesive is solidification. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and Porous granules.

GHL-10 Wet Mixing Granulator

Details

The powder material and the mixture are fully mixed into a wet soft material by the bottom mixing slurry in the cylindrical container, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side-mounted high-speed pulverizing slurry.
