During the production process of the pneumatic vacuum feeder, due to the replacement of raw materials or different batch numbers, the vacuum feeder needs to be cleaned frequently. The pneumatic vacuum feeder has fully taken this requirement of the user into consideration. When cleaning, you only need to follow the following steps:

1. Loosen the quick-open clamp and remove the pneumatic vacuum pump assembly. The pneumatic vacuum pump, air bag and cover are connected as one. Because they are blocked from the filter, this part does not need to be cleaned with water.

2. Remove the filter assembly, blow off the powder on the filter rod with compressed air, and then rinse it repeatedly with hot water. After rinsing, use compressed air to flush the water in the filter pores. At this time, the filter rod should be blown back smoothly. If you hold your breath, it means that there is still water in the filter tube wall. You need to continue to blow it clean with compressed air, and then cool or dry it.

3. Loosen the quick-open clamp, remove the various pipe sections of the vacuum hopper, and clean them with water.
