Product Profile:
This pneumatic tablet press adopts pneumatic main pressing combined with servo control system, with 20 tons tablet pressure. Equipped with a pressure gauge to display pressure. Featuring a high degree of automation, the machine is suitable for pressing various powders and granular raw materials into tablets. It is widely used for pharmaceutical powder, food powder and other materials, and enables forming with large filling depth.
Custom dies are available; mould cavities of different sizes and shapes can be manufactured according to customer requirements. Machine delivers stable production efficiency with a capacity of over 10 tablets per minute. The feeding frequency can be customized, and tablet thickness is continuously adjustable, flexibly meeting varied tablet processing requirements.
The complete machine is driven by a servo motor and equipped with inching operation and feeding vibration functions to facilitate trial run and commissioning. The machine is easy to install and commission, runs stably, and is simple to clean and maintain. It complies with hygiene requirements for powder production, and customization requirements are support.
