Product Profile:
DG-60 is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.The dry granulator is a integrated granulation equipment that utilizes the crystal water of the material itself and relies on the principle of mechanical extrusion. It directly processes raw material powder (without adding binders or water) through a one-stop process: tablet compression forming → coarse crushing of flakes → granulation forming.
This produces irregularly shaped granules, completing the physical transformation from powder to granules. The dry granulation machine features simple process, large production capacity, and easy cleaning and maintenance.
Features:
1. The cantilever design of the entire machine facilitates observation and cleaning. It completely isolates the processing area from the power transmission area, resulting in a clean appearance and easy disassembly and cleaning, achieving clean and closed-loop production from powder to granules.2. The tableting transmission structure uses oil seals and silicone roller-specific air isolation (leaking shaft structure) seals, effectively isolating the transmission part from the working part, and facilitating disassembly, maintenance, and replacement.
3. It adopts a twin-screw feeding system with a vacuum degassing device at the feeding end, ensuring uniform and dense feeding, improving the uniformity of tablet strength and yield. Water-cooled pressure rollers with built-in inlet and outlet structures prevent material temperature rise during extrusion, thus avoiding impact on material properties.
4. PLC touchscreen intelligent control, ensuring high reliability and simple operation. The pressure roller gap is adjustable, and sensors effectively monitor parameters such as hydraulic gap distance.
5. The system features a rational structural design, a reliable and efficient human-machine interface, and a well-proportioned process flow, ensuring reliable production operation. The machine is constructed of stainless steel, complying with GMP and FDA requirements.
