working principle:

◆TH-A160 Bottle Unscrambler

The bottles in the bottle bucket pass through the semicircular grooves of the unscrambled flower plate to rotate the bottles from the bottom of the unscrambled flower plate to the top of the unscrambled plate. The bottles in the semicircular groove pass through the bottle unscrambler of the bottle unscrambler mechanism to unscrew the bottle and automatically turn the bottle mouth down. Turn the bottom-up bottle to complete the unscramble. Adjust the speed between the bin and the unscrambler so that a certain number of bottles are kept in the unscrambler.

◆ JF-16 Electronic Counting Machine

The bottle blocking device on the bottle conveying track of the bottle conveying mechanism blocks the bottle conveyed by the upper equipment at the bottling position, waiting for filling. The medicines enter the medicine warehouse in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated board. The medicine warehouse is equipped with a counting photoelectric sensor. The bottle cap is automatically put on when moving forward. The capping device presses the bottle cap to a pre-tightened state before screwing.
