The causes and analysis of the adhesion are as follows:

1. The surface of punch is damaged or the surface finish is reduced. It may also have anti-rust oil or lubricating oil, the surface of new punch is rough or the lettering is too deep and angular.

Solution: the punch can be wiped clean, replacement of substandard punch or with a small amount of liquid paraffin on the surface of the lettering punch to lubricate the face.

In addition, if the mechanical heat caused by adhesion and punching should be checked reasons, maintenance equipment.

2. Improper design of engraving and punching characters.Solution: Change the punch or character design accordingly.

3. Excessive moisture content of particles or uneven dry and wet particles cause adhesion.

Solution: control the particle moisture in 2%-3%, strengthen the dry particle inspection.

4. Insufficient amount of lubricant or improper selection, excessive fine powder.

Solution: should appropriately increase the amount of lubricant or replace the new lubricant, remove too much fine powder.

5. Large difference in fineness of raw and auxiliary materials, resulting in uneven mixing or improper mixing time.

Solution: crush and sift the raw materials to make the fineness meet the quality requirements of the varieties, and master and control the mixing time.

6. Adhesive concentration is low or due to the quality of the adhesive caused by poor adhesive force, fine powder too much (more than 10%) and adhesive.

Solution: sift the fine powder with 40 mesh, re-granulate, dry and complete the powder, mix the whole batch evenly, then press the tablet.

7. Due to the reasons of the raw material itself (such as its moisture absorption), it causes adhesion and punching.

Solution: Add a certain amount of absorbent (e.g. 3% calcium hydrophosphate) to avoid adhesion.

8. Excessive humidity and humidity.

Solution: Lower ambient humidity.

9. Too high temperature in the operating room is likely to cause adhesion and punching.

Solution: Should pay attention to reduce the operating room temperature.
